2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
3. Fundraising & Community Products

Many of our products are fundraising items, with proceeds supporting community and cultural activities.

As funds are allocated directly to community programmes, refunds may be limited unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described.
4. Event Tickets & Bookings

Event tickets, workshops, and bookings are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled by us.

If an event is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund or credit.
5. Returns Process

Approved returns must be arranged before sending any item back.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
