We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect selection or no longer wanting the item.

  • Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  • We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

3. Fundraising & Community Products

  • Many of our products are fundraising items, with proceeds supporting community and cultural activities.

  • As funds are allocated directly to community programmes, refunds may be limited unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described.

4. Event Tickets & Bookings

  • Event tickets, workshops, and bookings are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled by us.

  • If an event is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund or credit.

5. Returns Process

  • Approved returns must be arranged before sending any item back.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
